Return & Shipping Policy
We process all orders received before 11 am Mountain Time, the same day. Orders placed after 11am Mountain Time will be processed the next business day.
We offer free UPS Ground shipping in the US for orders over $150.
We take the day off on national holidays, but we’ll get your shipment out the next business day.
Mistakes happen, but please note that if you enter incorrect shipping info into our system, we’re not responsible for refunding or sending a replacement. Please be sure to double check your info before placing your order.
If your package can’t be delivered and is returned to us, and you would like us to re-ship it, we ask that you pay for the additional shipping cost. Alternatively, we can refund your order minus the original cost of shipping.
LeClair Skincare sends overseas and offers free shipping internationally for orders over $200, but please note that you’re responsible for international duties & taxes imposed on imports in your country. For orders under $200, all international shipping rates are determined by the carrier.
We accept returns of unopened products for up to 30 days from the purchase day. If you aren’t happy for any reason, Just drop us a line at email@example.com

You can send your return via your preferred shipping carrier, but please do NOT include “signature required”.
While we don’t cover return shipping costs, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 days of receiving your product.
